Role Purpose
The Account Executive (AE) is a full-cycle seller who creates and closes new business. You'll generate pipeline through cold calling and targeted outreach, run sharp discovery, deliver tailored demos, build business cases, and drive deals to signature. This role makes a real impact by turning conversations into committed customers — and setting them up for a strong start with Neo.

Role Responsibilities
You'll own the full sales cycle — from opening doors to closing deals — by:
- Generating pipeline
: Proactively drive outbound activity through cold calls, sequences, and follow-ups to create qualified opportunities. - Running effective discovery
: Lead structured conversations to uncover real business pain, align stakeholders, and confirm fit. - Demonstrating value
: Deliver tailored demos and proposals that connect Neo's impact to productivity, profitability, and compliance outcomes. - Closing deals
: Manage proposals, negotiations, and sign-off confidently — ensuring clear ROI and a strong handover to onboarding. - Following through
: Keep momentum with timely follow-up, clean documentation, and reliable next steps. - Collaborating for success
: Partner with marketing and client success to ensure every customer has a great first experience.
What You'll Bring
- Cold-calling confidence
: A proven ability to engage new prospects and open meaningful sales conversations. - Full-cycle sales capability
: From outbound prospecting to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. - SaaS experience
: 2+ years in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally with outbound ownership — or you're a standout SDR ready to step up. - Consultative communication
: You ask the right questions, listen deeply, and can translate problems into clear business cases. - Organisation & detai
l: You're disciplined, reliable, and ensure documentation and follow-up are always handled professionally. - Drive & energy
: You bring enthusiasm, persistence, and pride to every call, meeting, and proposal. - Nice to have
: Familiarity with construction, payroll/EBAs, or field operations software.
