Figlia is a casual Pizzeria which is focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snacks, mínimal intervention wine and creative cocktails. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our wait staff team. Someone with great energy, vibrancy and a keen desire to deliver the best possible experience.

Our new venue is a casual Pizzeria which will be focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snack, mínimal intervention wine and classic cocktails. We offer a deli & bottle shop service throughout the course of the day via our sister venue, Grana.

We are looking for a friendly & experienced individual who wants to grow & develop with our venue.

Figlia is open 7 nights a week and you will be required to work weekends, we do however ensure that our team has at least two consecutive days off each week. We are currently searching for someone who is interested in 20-25 hours a week, with the scope to increase.

The role will require you to have:

- At least 1 years experience in a busy restaurant/bar
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm & an eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail & desire to offer exceptional hospitality
- Great communication skills & an ability to work as part of a team
- Drive, initiative & a passion for food & drink
- Good wine knowledge and floor experience an advantage but not essential
- Must have a current RSA
