My Cubby House Early Learning, Southport, is an exceptional and professional service. We are a family-owned long-day care service, operated under the guidance of a highly-qualified and experienced management team.

We welcome children aged six weeks through to six years and offers purpose-designed environments and varied learning opportunities for each age group. We are a 150 licensed service.

We ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of children at the service. This service implements practices that demonstrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are valued and welcomed. This service is committed to continuous engagement with professional development in child protection for staff. There is a zero-tolerance culture of child maltreatment, abuse and neglect in this service.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Experienced Educators that are highly skilled and committed to children safety and protection. We are seeking an early childhood professionals who has a passion in caring for children to join our fast growing centre with highly-qualified and skilled employees that compliment each others strengths.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of early childhood education experience.

My Cubby House Early Learning supports are staff wellbeing through a positive work culture, staff appreciation and mentoring program. We offer additional programming, extensive support when required and above award rates.

Staff are supported with an indepth induction & orientation process with shadowing opportunities prior to being included in ratios. We assign a mentor to establish a sense of belonging and team spirit.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA-

  • Good communication skills and work ethics
  • Cert 3 or Diploma qualifications
  • Blue Card- Positive Verification
  • National Police Check- Postive outcome required
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
  • Candidates may obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates after commencing employment
  • Training and support provided, including shadowing during orientation.
  • Digital platform and App skills and experience
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • Must be available Monday to Friday
