What We Offer
  • 2 days per week to start – ideal if you want to ease into private practice or balance with other commitments.
  • Guaranteed daily minimum to take away the stress of "what if the chair's empty?" while we continue growing our books.
  • A competitive percentage once patient flow increases.
  • Marketing support to help build your own patient following – your photo, your story, your services highlighted in our campaigns.
  • Exposure to aligner dentistry and cosmetic dental services (experience preferred but not essential).
  • A role where your input is valued – you'll be part of shaping the practice as we grow.
Who You Are
  • Fully registered with AHPRA, with all required paperwork and insurance up to date.
  • A dentist with an excellent patient manner – empathetic, gentle, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Confident in general dentistry and comfortable treating all ages.
  • Keen to grow your clinical experience in a supportive environment.
  • Someone who wants a practice they can help build, not just clock in and out of.
