About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Social Worker to lead a small, dynamic team across the acute areasl. You will play a key role in providing advanced clinical services, driving best practice, and contributing to excellent patient outcomes. The role offers the chance to make a real impact through leadership, supervision, and support for junior staff and students. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership across acute services

Skills & Experience

  • Accredited Social Work qualification and AASW membership
  • Strong clinical and leadership capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
  • Sound knowledge of current healthcare practices and systems
