We're now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Educator to cover the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region on a 7 to 12-month maternity leave contract, with strong potential to extend or become permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visit 6–8 salons per day — nurturing existing clients and converting new ones.

• Lead with education: deliver in-salon training, demos, and product sessions that drive loyalty and results.

• Build authentic relationships that strengthen our salon network and brand reputation.

• Collaborate with our marketing and education teams to deliver meaningful experiences for clients.

• Plan and report weekly, take ownership of results, and celebrate your wins.

What You Bring

• Qualified hairdresser with experience in education, technical training, or sales.

• Strong commercial acumen — you understand what drives salon business growth.

• Confident communicator with genuine relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage travel (including up to 4 nights away every 4 weeks).

• Current driver's license and solid driving record.
