Creative Minds Early Learning Centre

We are seeking applications for an experienced Additional Support Educator for 3-4 age group who is passionate about building connections with children, their learning and development. We are looking for someone who is reliable and flexible with hours to join our team. We are needing an Educator to be available Mon-Fri , working 20 hours minimum each week with flexibility to work extra hours if needed in the service. This contract is only until September 2026 with the possibilities of it extending to a permanent full time position.

The successful applicants willhave the following:

  • Minimum of Diploma in Children's Services .
  • Current Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Child Protection certificate
  • Current Blue Card
  • A passion for educating and caring for young children.

Creative Minds is a privately owned service. Our aim is to provide quality care in a quality environment.  Rooms are spacious and well equipped with  resources. Staff enjoy benefits of our on site chef prepared lunches, free parking and uniforms.  We also are one of the very few private services that offer 10% above award rate. Staff also receive a 50% discount on childcare and regular programming time each week.  Professional development is offered regularly and is of no cost to staff.  Our educators are supported and encouraged to explore professional development learning opportunities and higher  qualifications .
