We are an NDIS Registered mental health and disability support provider, We specialise in providing tailored supports to our clients specific needs.

Providing supports in all of the southeast suburbs and metropolitan Melbourne. Seachange care is rapidly growing and expanding its care services.

To give you an idea of what the day to day job may look like working as a support worker with Seachange Care here are some examples of what we do with our clients:

  • Providing mental health and recovery support
  • Assisting clients with their day to day living tasks eg: shopping for groceries, appointments
  • Supporting them to get out into the community eg: volunteering, joining group activities
  • Helping them improve their physical health eg: encouraging them to go for walks, go to the gym or do a sporting activity
  • Helping them live independently by assisting them with duties around the house eg: cleaning, organising, cooking, gardening
  • Being someone they are able to talk to and trust
  • Assisting with any hobbies they like doing
  • Helping with personal administration eg: paying bills, budgeting, independent living skills
  • Helping with transport to and from appointments

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified, reliable and dedicated applicants with at least 2-4 years of experience in providing mental health support
  • Must have flexible availability
  • Must have all the relevant certificates/licenses provided
  • Must have mental health & recovery experience
  • Must have high proficiency in English language
