CE Group is expanding across the Pacific and is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead major infrastructure programs in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
These are significant national projects, delivering tangible social and economic impact across the region.
We are hiring for up to four Project Management roles, including opportunities to lead works in power distribution and fuel infrastructure.
Assignments may be FIFO or residential, depending on experience and preference.
About the Projects
Project 1 – Overhead Lines / Electrification
Lead the delivery of Phase 1 of a major electrification initiative, extending MV and LV distribution networks, transformers, and household connections across multiple provinces.
- Oversee design validation, procurement, logistics, and contractor performance
- Manage construction of MV/LV lines, transformers, and new household connections
- Engage with PNG Power Ltd, government stakeholders, and donor partners
Project 2 – Fuel Farm / Industrial Infrastructure
Drive delivery of a major fuel farm and associated infrastructure project in the Pacific. This position suits someone with heavy industrial or energy sector experience.
- Direct large-scale E&I and HV construction activities within tight program timelines
- Manage interfaces between design, contractors, and operational stakeholders
- FIFO-based role on a 3:1 roster, with competitive remuneration and conditions
About You
You're a proven project leader with a record of safely delivering complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects in challenging environments. You'll bring:
- 10+ years' experience in infrastructure, energy, or industrial delivery
- Demonstrated capability managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and risk
- Strong technical background in power, E&I, or HV systems
- Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership skills
Experience in Papua New Guinea or the Pacific region will be highly regarded.
