What You'll Be Doing
As the Partner Integrations Team Leader, you'll lead the delivery of partner onboarding, integration, and relationship management across HealthLink's ecosystem. Working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end integration quality, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement, ensuring HealthLink remains a trusted connectivity partner in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful integration outcomes
- Managing partner contracts, renewals, and reporting accuracy for monthly review cycles
- Developing and maintaining integration processes, documentation, and service standards
- Providing timely reporting and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Identifying automation or efficiency opportunities to improve delivery and reduce manual tasks
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with healthcare partners and stakeholders across ANZ
- Coaching and mentoring team members to promote capability growth and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
You're a proactive and collaborative leader with a balance of commercial and technical understanding. You take pride in delivering excellence through structure, accuracy, and partnership. You thrive in fast-moving, customer-focused environments and enjoy developing others to achieve shared goals.
You will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in partner management, integrations, or software delivery leadership
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and managing partner relationships
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, SmartForms, APIs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
- Experience in preparing and delivering operational or financial reports
- Permanent work rights in Australia
Desirable but not essential:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare software or interoperability environments
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and partner governance processes
What We Offer
- At Clanwilliam ANZ, we're proud of the people-focused culture we've built. When you join us, you'll benefit from:
- A flexible, hybrid working environment
- A supportive and inclusive team culture
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
- Paid birthday leave
- Sick leave from Day 1
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare technology space
