Talent Connect are proud to be partnering with one of Australia's leading share registry and corporate services providers, as they seek an experienced Team Leader to join their Unlisted Fund Services division.

This role plays a key part in overseeing the day-to-day administration of unlisted unit trusts and funds, ensuring that all client deliverables are met in line with strict service level agreements. You'll lead a capable team of Client Service Associates, providing training, guidance and support to ensure excellence in accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and brings both a strategic mindset and a hands-on leadership approach. You'll play an integral role in driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operations of unlisted registry administration
  • Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to a small team
  • Ensuring data integrity, timely processing and adherence to SLAs
  • Partnering closely with clients, auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements across workflows

About you:

  • Proven leadership and people development skills
  • Operational experience within share registry, funds management or financial services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong Excel and system proficiency
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
