BFT Redbank Plains is looking for an experienced Coach to join our amazing team.

Regarded as one of the Top Studios in QLD, we are looking for our next super star to join the team.

You will be part of an amazing team of 5 trainers responsible for the making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50 minute workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.

BFT trainers will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times… and will use their great personalities to making BFT the best training experience anywhere

About Us: BFT Redbank Plains  is the largest group strength training facility in Queensland. Showcasing a Sauna for the members. We might be biased, but we believe we have the absolute best members and coaches, and we've built an incredible community in only 18 months.

As Coach you will help assist with the the day-to-day operating of the gym, running daily workouts, contacting leads and getting them into the studio for free trials, working on outreach campaigns, oversee other studio trainers, take charge of our social media, and work closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio's member growth and profitability aspirations.

Role responsibilities include;

  • Lead 50-minute group strength training classes on a daily basis
  • Working closely with the Owner and Head Trainer to help drive studio performance and member satisfaction
  • Membership acquisition including actively seeking new Membership opportunities
  • Sales management and tracking to support the growth of the business
  • Social Media Management - generating a high-quality social media platform to market our studio and reflect our studio community
  • Coordinating 8-Week Challenges
  • Complete administration associated with memberships and general enquiries
  • Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained, including cleaning and maintenance

Required qualifications;

  • Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness as a minimum.
  • Current senior First Aid and CPR
  • Blue Card (or ability to get one)

Desirable qualifications;

  • Exceptional people skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and content creation.
  • Effective time management
  • Passion for health and fitness.

Experience in coaching strength and conditioning in a group environment is preferable. Previous experience with sales and management within the gym environment or owning your own business within the fitness industry is highly desirable but not essential.

Flexibility Across the Week: This role requires flexibility across the entire week, including a variety of early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some Saturday mornings, to accommodate our members' diverse schedules and fitness needs.
