Cleaning Industry - Automated DC Experience Preferred

Vivid Property Services is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead at a Distribution Centre site in Redbank, QLD. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be running day-to-day cleaning operations at a large, automated distribution facility.

If you've worked in the cleaning industry and ideally have experience inside an automated DC, this could be your next step up.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing all cleaning operations across a high-volume distribution centre
  • Managing rosters, staffing levels, and day-to-day team performance
  • Working closely with site contacts to understand needs and solve issues quickly
  • Making sure all work is completed safely and to contract standards
  • Reporting on KPIs, productivity, and areas for improvement
  • Supporting, training, and coaching cleaners and supervisors
  • Rolling out process improvements to keep things running smoothly
  • Jumping in to troubleshoot operational challenges in a fast-moving DC environment
What we're looking for
  • Solid experience in an operations management role in the cleaning industry
  • Bonus if you've worked in an automated distribution centre before
  • Confident leading teams and building strong relationships on-site
  • A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both clients and frontline teams
  • Good understanding of WHS requirements
  • Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
