About Us

Practice Boost is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that focuses on helping Australian healthcare practices (dentists, doctors, and allied health professionals) attract new patients and build a strong online presence. With a rapidly expanding client base and an exciting pipeline of work, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with agency experience to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in client-facing roles, has a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing platforms, is passionate about helping small businesses achieve success and is excited about playing a key role in our agency.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met. You will do this through strategic planning, client communication and working with our team to develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with key clients daily, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Develop and manage client projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare and present detailed client reports, highlighting performance metrics, strategic insights, and new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, track results, and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and proactive.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, takes ownership, and is eager to make an impact.
