From our humble beginnings as a single boutique store in 1993, we've grown into a network of ten retail locations supported by a thriving online store.

We are now seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator to drive our growth in 2025 and beyond. The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator plays a key role in executing digital campaigns and enhancing customer engagement across all channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands-on role supports brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty through the effective coordination of digital campaigns, CRM programs, and performance tracking.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a flair for creativity, and a passion for data-driven marketing who is ready to grow their career within a purpose-led retail brand.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and website.

  • Manage email marketing programs, including scheduling, setup, testing, and delivery using tools such as Klaviyo, Marsello, and Shopify.

  • Manage CRM campaigns and automation flows, including loyalty program automation, customer journey mapping, segmentation, list hygiene, customer life cycle triggers and A/B testing. Support paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, Pinterest) and monitor budget and performance.

  • Assist with campaign planning, creative briefs, and communication with external media and creative agencies.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics including web traffic, conversions, and email engagement.

  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers to meet key deadlines.

  • Support product enrichment through uploading and optimizing online product listings.

  • Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

  • Stay informed on industry best practices and updates across digital and CRM platforms.

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on marketing and customer engagement performance.

  • Provide support for retail promotions, activations, and product launches.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM coordination, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands, or experience in an agency setting.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads,

  • Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Marsello.

  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written communication skills and a creative approach to marketing.

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reporting.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Considered Advantageous

  • Prior experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Canva.

  • Familiarity with Shopify & CIN7

  • First-hand experience with using sales data insights (i.e. e-commerce, CRM, Analytics, and inventory management reporting) to brainstorm creative marketing solutions.

  • General experience within the Australian retail/beverage industry and tea.
