The Role will include but not be limited to:

  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Attending property inspections and preparation of condition reports
  • Compiling monthly financial and written reports
  • Managing tenant arrears
  • Dedicated Leasing & Accounts Team

To be considered, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing all aspects of a Commercial or Residential portfolio.
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for a career in Commercial Real Estate
  • High standards of customer service and strong communication
  • A current driver's license & own vehicle
