About the Role
We're seeking a Temporary Administration Manager to jump into a fast-paced retail property environment and provide immediate support to the Centre Management team. This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong admin and property knowledge who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and team.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and lease documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Ensure all contractor documentation, permits and insurances are current and compliant.
- Handle tenant communication and assist with general enquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage office supplies and systems.
- Support WH&S and risk compliance procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administration role within retail or property is essential.
- Confident with financial processes and familiar with systems like MRI, Yardi, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
