We are now seeking a Customer Service Officer for a steel company in Bendigo, assisting in the office with customer service, product scheduling (for deliveries) and quoting.

Day Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm (can be flexible), Monday to Friday, Full Time.

Duties:

  • Manage customer queries (phone, email & in person)
  • Maintain stock levels & merchandising in-store
  • General office administration & data entry

About You:

  • Experience in a similar customer service, sales or admin role
  • Reliable transport
