Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group, boasting 11 retail stores across Sydney and Maitland. We cultivate, source, and sell an extensive selection of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares, and gifts.

We are looking for a an energetic and customer focused Horticulturalist to join our team in Glenhaven on a casual basis.The primary role is to provide customer service, advice and to facilitate customer sales of nursery items. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the outdoor nursery area whilst maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a horticulture qualification and/or has relevant experience
  • Has a hands-on approach with a proactive mindset
  • Enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a dynamic setting
  • Possesses customer service and sales skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Be team-oriented, enthusiastic, and energetic
  • Flexibility in working across retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
