About Well AI

Well AI is a wellbeing tech startup on a mission to use technology for good. We develop innovative, human-centered solutions that enrich lives and empower emotional wellbeing.

Our flagship project, Wellbeing Buddy, is an AI-powered wellbeing platform designed for schools (K–12) to address the rising mental health challenges among students, teachers and parents. It's a preventative, early-intervention tool that leverages AI to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow Wellbeing Buddy's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Create impactful content that sparks engagement, awareness, conversation, and compassion

Help maintain and update the Wellbeing Buddy website with fresh stories and insights

Contribute ideas to brand storytelling, digital campaigns, partnerships, and outreach

Track engagement, test creative ideas, and share insights to shape our strategy

Collaborate in virtual brainstorms and creative sessions.

Who You Are

A student, recent grad, or career-changer passionate about digital storytelling, education, and mental health

Excited by the idea of working in a mission-driven startup environment

Curious, creative, and proactive, you care about the why, you take initiative and love learning by doing

Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Familiar with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or eager to learn.
