Bulla Victoria, Australia Workfast Full time $200,000 - $240,000 per year

Workfast is looking for experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to join a Landfill & Quarry Materials site in Bulla, VIC.

This is an ongoing casual position with plenty of hours and the potential to go full-time permanent after 3 months for the right candidates.

We're looking for reliable operators with solid experience in landfill or quarry environments, who are keen to get stuck in and be part of a hardworking team. Workfast is a national labour-hire business that values safety, fair pay, and connecting skilled workers with great companies.

What You Get

What You Need

  • Valid plant operator tickets – RII preferred
  • Multi skilled a MUST
  • Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy machinery
  • Previous work on construction, landfill, or mine sites
  • White Card
  • Full PPE
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operating machinery (Dozer, Grader, Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck, Fuel Truck)
  • Pushing landfill and quarry materials
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Carrying out general site duties as directed by the foreman or site manager
  • Working safely in a team environment
