As a
Venue Manager,
you will be the heartbeat of the store, creating a fun, energetic environment while keeping operations running smoothly. From delighting customers to leading and developing your team, you'll set the tone for everything that makes Yo-Chi special.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example to deliver amazing customer experiences
  • Keep the venue sparkling clean, efficient, and full of good vibes
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control
  • Ensure health & safety standards are always met
  • Recruit, train, and motivate an engaged, high-performing team
  • Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, and P&L performance

Who You Are

  • A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus)
  • A people-first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers
  • Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed
  • Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement
