As a Pedagogy Coach, you will collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes. You will provide professional learning, model effective strategies, and support the implementation of evidence-informed teaching and learning approaches across the school.

As a Pedagogy Coach, You Will Be Expected To

  • Collaborate with teachers to implement high-impact teaching strategies that enhance student engagement, access, independence, and resilience.
  • Build staff capability in the design, implementation, and reflection of effective teaching and learning practices.
  • Observe, model, and coach teachers in the use of high-impact instructional strategies to strengthen professional capability and improve classroom outcomes.
  • Participate in Classroom Profiling sweeps and present data to staff to inform schoolwide practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and Classroom Profiling is desirable.
