We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and drinks—particularly Mexican cuisine—committed to excellent customer service, and capable of fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Customer Experience
• Ensure all guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.
• Build genuine rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Food & Beverage Knowledge
• Learn and understand the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Develop deep knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails and tequila-based beverages.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency

• Staff Management & Training
• Hire, train, and motivate front-of-house staff and bartenders.
• Conduct regular team meetings and on-the-floor coaching.
• Set and uphold high standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Bartending & Upselling
• Support the bar team during busy periods; bartending experience is highly regarded.
• Lead by example in upselling drinks, desserts, and specials.
• Ensure staff are confident in making recommendations and maximizing sales.
• Cleanliness & Presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the restaurant.
• Ensure all staff follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Operations & Focus
• Be highly present and involved during service.
• Manage rosters, stock, and supplier orders.
• Monitor financial performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant management or team leadership (hospitality).
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $36.09 – $50.52 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
