Alamanda Palm Cove Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Spa Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments and create memorable moments for our guests.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded spa in a spectacular beachfront location.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every time
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation
  • Monitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs
  • Contribute to spa opening and closing procedures
  • Drive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendations
  • Represent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism

You'll bring a "can-do" attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and guest care.

About You

  • Diploma-qualified in spa therapy (or equivalent)
  • Strong commitment to quality treatments and service
  • Skilled and confident in retail product sales
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Calm and organised, even in busy periods
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, optimistic, and proactive attitude
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
