What you'll do:

  • Guide clients through highly personal appointments with warmth, professionalism, and style.
  • Curate looks that capture each client's individuality (with a little intuition and a lot of flair).
  • Deliver results—hitting sales targets while keeping the experience effortless and elevated.
  • Master the follow-up: seamless communication, meticulous details, and a client-first mindset.
  • Be that calm, confident presence when emotions run high—resolving conflict with ease.
  • Contribute to a team that thrives on collaboration, not competition.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience where hitting targets was second nature.
  • Natural confidence under pressure, balanced with empathy and warmth.
  • The ability to command a room—without ever overshadowing it.
  • Sharp attention to detail, process-driven habits, and a love of creating order out of chaos.
