About the Role:
As 
Store Manager
, you'll lead from the front — coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You'll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that's inclusive, energetic, and always on-brand.

You'll work closely with your 
Area Manager
 to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
  • A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
  • Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
  • A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
  • Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
  • A "Make it Happen" mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
  • Availability for a 
    Tuesday–Saturday
     roster

  • Maintain safety, compliance, and OH&S standards across your store
