We're on the lookout for a hands-on and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to join the team If you're passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to step into a leadership role and make your mark. Looking for someone who will take OWNERSHIP of the space

What you'll do:
  • Lead and support the café team in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food, and beverage quality
  • Assist with staff training, rostering, and mentoring
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming café environment
What we're looking for:
  • Previous hospitality or café leadership experience
  • A positive, "lead by example" attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Barista skills are highly regarded but not essential
  • Knowledge of bar experience a plus
  • RSA Needed as well
