The Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a love of babywear and fashion to join our team. This role focuses on designing creative assets for email marketing campaigns, with opportunities to contribute to broader brand design including social media, catalogues, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build visually engaging email marketing campaigns in line with brand identity.
  • Create graphics, layouts, and templates that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling designs.
  • Work with campaign calendars to deliver assets on time and aligned with product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Optimise designs for mobile-first experiences and ensure technical accuracy (image sizing, file formats, etc.).
  • Assist with additional creative projects, such as lookbooks, social media content, and digital advertising.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience creating email templates and digital assets (Klaviyo experience highly regarded).
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • An eye for colour and trend, with an appreciation for babywear and fashion aesthetics.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email design (desirable but not essential).
