The Leading Hand (A1) is responsible for the onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams and will enjoy the following:

About the Role:

Facilitate and deliver planned works on timeEnsuring your team is compliant and has access to all tools and equipmentCarry out work efficiently will all relevant project details recorded accuratelyLiaising and supporting field supervisors with regards to works delivery
 

About you:

Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalentCurrent driver's licence – HR or aboveEWP, HRWL- DG, LFStrong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position

The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.
