Workforce International are currently seeking a Leading Hand Quarry Operator, located south of Perth.

Having previous exposure to mining and quarrying with a strong work ethic and a desire for personal development, this job could be for you.

You will be required to facilitate the successful operation of a hard rock quarrying and crushing operation within the Perth Metro Region.

This is an immediate start and a great opportunity with a reputable company in the construction materials processing and supply industry.

This is a casual role working full time hours with future opportunity to switch to permanent.

**The Role**:

- Plan daily operations and allocate tasks
- Assist in Coordinating the drill and blast planning and operation
- Participate in Toolbox, site production and maintenance meetings
- Operate various mobile and fixed plant as required
- Schedule staff reliefs
- Assist with purchasing, record keeping and data analysis
- Have mobile plant experience with excavator operations being highly regarded

**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following**:

- HR Licence (desirable)
- Physically fit
- Construction White Card
- Able to pass a Commercial Drivers Medical & Drug & Alcohol
- Technical knowledge and maintenance experience highly regarded
