Woodcutters Restaurant, is a new dining destination at Nikola Estate one of WA's oldest and most picturesque wineries, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team

We are currently looking for talented and passionate F&B Attendantson a Casual basis - If you have a love for food and hospitality, we want to hear from you

As an F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Your role will be pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Handling cash and card transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Responding to customer queries and concerns
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B service
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• RSA
