About the Role

A Brisbane family is seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking General Practitioner with a strong interest in preventative, holistic, and longevity-focused health (Medicine 3.0).

This is a private concierge-style role providing continuous medical guidance, proactive care, and personalised health optimisation for a growing family, including one extended family member who is completing cancer treatment.

The role suits a GP who is passionate about long-term wellbeing and enjoys building meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients — acting as their medical advocate and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care and oversight, ensuring fast access and efficient coordination of all GP duties.
  • Guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time for all communications, prescriptions, referrals, and other medical requests.
  • Offer direct communication access via text message, email, and phone for both proactive and reactive care needs.
  • Lead a preventative and functional approach to health — focusing on optimising energy, longevity, hormone balance, and recovery.
  • Coordinate and track diagnostics, pathology, imaging, and specialist referrals with efficiency and clarity.
  • Deliver evidence-based guidance in nutrition, supplementation, sleep, and lifestyle medicine.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion while providing personalised family care.

Ideal Candidate

  • AHPRA-registered General Practitioner, Brisbane-based.
  • Strong interest or experience in preventative, integrative, or functional medicine.
  • Embraces a Medicine 3.0 mindset — proactive, data-driven, and forward-looking.
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness — thrives in a fast-moving family environment.
  • Professional, empathetic, and highly organised.
  • Comfortable working flexibly outside standard practice models.
