A bit about your role

As the Manager, Fraud Management and Investigations, you will be responsible for leading fraud risk assessments, investigations, and compliance activities aligned with statutory and internal guidelines.

You will act as a trusted advisor on fraud and corruption matters, develop training programs to promote awareness, and manage key processes including conflicts of interest, gifts and benefits, and procurement probity.

It involves overseeing compliance processes such as conflicts of interest and procurement probity, monitoring key registers and mailboxes, and contributing to the development of fraud-related policies and frameworks.

The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams including Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Finance, and supports decision-making in fraud prevention and detection activities, while escalating policy-level changes as needed.
