We are now seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join our team, playing a critical role in ensuring product availability and inventory health across our gifting category. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing supply and demand to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales data, promotional plans, and seasonal strategies.
  • Translate forecasts into effective supply plans that meet inventory targets and service level expectations.
  • Work with purchasing coordinators and suppliers to place orders, manage MOQs, and resolve supply issues.
  • Monitor inbound freight, lead times, and stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstock/stockouts.
  • Lead merchandise planning activities including seasonal buys, range reviews, and product lifecycle tracking.
  • Report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to enable smarter decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, demand or merchandise planning.
  • Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-focused.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (additional certifications desirable)
