The Role and Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Product Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to:
- Monitor product category performance and uncover growth opportunities
- Assist in researching and developing new product ideas
- Support product planning, market analysis, and competitor research
- Coordinate product samples, compliance, and testing activities
- Help manage product databases, supplier communications, and internal reporting
- Take ownership of a sub-category and drive real outcomes under mentorship
- Build hands-on experience with tools like Pronto, , and Microsoft Office

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to enter the world of product management.
You are:
- A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ready to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field
- Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
- A passion for consumer products, product development, or innovation
