An exciting opportunity has risen in our South Australian operations to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and to help them to achieve their goals.

With locations at Tea Tree Plaza and West Lakes shopping centres the role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
  • Building customer rapport and repeat business.
  • Daily branch duties

Additional Information

  • It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
  • The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.

  • You must have the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: Working 38 hours a week in line with operational requirements. Our stores operate 7 days in line with the retail operating hours. Availability to work in the weekends and on Thursday in line with late shopping hours are must.
