Your new role

Reporting to the Yard Manager, you'll play a key role by safely operating machinery to support the efficient processing of scrap metal. We're looking for safety-focused individuals to join our Port Hedland yard on a 2-week on, 1-week off FIFO roster—an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and advance within a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Load & unload trucks, skip bins and trailers
• Operate equipment, including forklift and/or excavator (where licenced)
• Ensure customers receive a high level of service
• Grading and sorting materials
• Demonstrating personal responsibility for and commitment to OH&S policies and procedures

Essential Criteria:

• Forklift (LF) licence (or a willingness to learn)
• Ability to work independently
• A can-do attitude, you will be open to undertaking training in order to diversify your skills
• Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail
