About The Role:

Arc Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are an specialist orthodontic clinic located in Burwood, dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating beautiful smiles. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our orthodontist and ensuring a warm and professional experience for our patients.

This position is for 2-4 days per week.

The hourly rate will be dependent on experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Chair side assisting.
  • Sterilising and preparing dental instruments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Performing administrative tasks (i.e. answer phone calls & booking appointments).

Ideal Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is advantageous (Dental Assistant Certificate III or IV is desirable)
  • Proficient in English. Ability to speak Chinese is favourable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
