Are you a motivated, friendly individual looking for a part-time/casual job in the dental industry? We're seeking a Dental Receptionist/Chairside Assistant to join our welcoming team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for some hands-on experience and a chance to grow into a possible full-time role. Prior experience is not essential as on-the-job training will be available.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting the dentist during treatments (chairside)
  • Managing patient records and keeping the office clean and organized
  • Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone with a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
