The Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations across allocated production areas, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for quality, freshness, and safety.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for delivering daily production targets, maintaining compliance with food safety and WHS requirements, and building a strong, capable team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production activities to meet KPIs in safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
  • Ensure all products meet required specifications – right first time, every time.
  • Maintain an organised, audit-ready production environment.
  • Oversee HACCP, quality, and production record-keeping.
  • Train, upskill, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
  • Drive compliance with WHS protocols and company safety rules.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' leadership experience in a production environment (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and WHS compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage teams in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to safety and quality.
