As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $5M to $10M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Site Engineer, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.

  • End-to-end project delivery

  • Stakeholder coordination and communication

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar delivery role
  • Minimum of 10 years industry experience
  • Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
  • Ability to manage high-end fitout and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
