Administration Assistant

Sodue Pty Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Cavan office. This is a hands-on role supporting our accounts and administration functions, perfect for someone ready to grow their skills in a professional team environment.
What you'll do:
- Handle data entry, emails, phone calls, and filing.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end reporting.
- Support other accounts clerks as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
About you:
- Minimum 12 months administration experience.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive team player ready to contribute to a busy finance team.
- Intermediate Excel skills (highly regarded).
