An opportunity exists for a licensed Semi Truck Driver at XL Concrete. Come and join our growing Metro Melbourne footprint

This job will be based out of our Fairfield location in Melbourne, with 6 day a week operations. Experience is advantageous but for the right candidate not necessary. Understanding all aspects of concrete production and plant operation will be advantageous.

To be considered for this role, you:

  • Are a Licensed Truck Driver (Semi License).
  • Have an exceptionally customer focused attitude.
  • Possess a natural ability to multitask various tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Remain calm and controlled under pressure.
  • Understand basic mix design and water demand.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a high regard for safety.
  • Lead through example.
  • Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment.
