The Role

As our new Optical Dispenser, you'll be the welcoming face our customers see when they walk through the door and the knowledgeable support they trust when choosing eyewear. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients at reception
  • Helping customers choose frames and lenses to suit their style, needs, and prescription
  • Supporting the Optometrist with pre-testing and diagnostic scans
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Performing basic frame repairs and adjustments

About You

You don't need optical experience. What's important is that you are:

  • Well-presented and friendly
  • A great communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work well in a team
  • Comfortable using computers and open to learning diagnostic equipment
