Concierge – Team Todd | The Agency CQ

Join a well-established and high-performing real estate team known for excellence in service and outcomes. We're looking for a professional and highly organised Concierge to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this dynamic and people-focused role, you'll support day-to-day operations, assist the leadership team, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients at every stage of their property journey.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client and partner enquiries
  • Providing general team and executive support across appointments and communications
  • Coordinating key aspects of property marketing and campaign preparation
  • Helping manage workflow and communication through the contract-to-settlement process
  • Liaising with service providers and ensuring smooth handovers
  • Supporting general office operations and problem-solving as required
