Your Next Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our Bermagui Holidays site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll support the Front Office team in delivering efficient, proactive reception operations — creating a welcoming experience for guests and residents through exceptional customer service and smooth administrative processes.
Bermagui is a picturesque coastal town on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, known for its stunning beaches, vibrant fishing community, and breathtaking views of Mount Gulaga. It's a peaceful getaway with a blend of nature, culture, and charm.

In this Role, You'll
- Lead the Front Office team in delivering warm, professional service to guests and residents, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
- Oversee reception operations including check-ins, reservations, payments, and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and smooth workflows.
- Respond to guest and resident enquiries with care and urgency, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to resolve issues.
- Support Park activities such as Kids Club and caretaker duties when required, helping create a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all.
- Foster positive relationships across the team and with support offices, promoting collaboration and a high standard of customer experience.

- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Lead by example, supporting and motivating your team to deliver high performance and achieve shared goals.
- Communicate openly and constructively, providing regular feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Confidently assist with recruitment, onboarding, and rostering to ensure smooth operations and adequate coverage.
- Recognise and celebrate individual and team achievements, creating a positive and rewarding workplace culture.
- Take initiative in maintaining a safe work environment, complying with WHS policies and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
