We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness for Quest Alice Springs. This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven professional with experience in hospitality or tourism marketing who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Quest Alice Springs across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Manage content creation, including social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results and drive bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives align with Quest standards and business objectives.
  • Coordinate local events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to increase brand visibility and strengthen community presence.
  • Support sales initiatives by creating targeted campaigns for corporate clients, travel agencies, and leisure travellers.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and resources efficiently to maximize Return of Invest (ROI).
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and online travel agent promotions.
  • Maintain and update the property website with SEO-friendly content, ensuring it reflects current offers, events, and brand messaging.
  • Respond to guest feedback on digital channels in coordination with operations to enhance engagement and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor or above qualification, major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or serviced apartment sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Must hold current work rights in Australia.

Job Type: Full-time
