About the Role
Our Inspire at Home Program provides support to young people 12 years to 18 years, who require placement in a residential setting. The Practice Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the clinical and therapeutic integrity of Inspire at Home services across Tasmania. This role provides strategic direction and expert clinical leadership, ensuring therapeutic practice is consistent, evidence-informed, and aligned with CatholicCare Tasmania's mission, values, and program objectives.
About You
As the Practice Manager reporting Directly to the Executive Manager, Child and Youth Services, you will work alongside the Program Manager to ensure high standards of care, staff development, and continuous improvement for our Inspire at Home program. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee clinical governance, and champion a reflective, high-performing culture that aligns with CatholicCare Tasmania's mission and values.
The Practice Manager will:
- Hold Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health or equivalent experience
- Provide expert clinical leadership and consultation to ensure therapeutic integrity across the Inspire at Home Program.
- Lead the development and implementation of trauma-informed, culturally responsive program models of care.
- Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate professional supervision, reflective practice, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through evidence-informed practice and quality assurance frameworks.
- Support workforce development through recruitment, induction, performance management, and learning strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align therapeutic and operational priorities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Monitor program outcomes and contribute to financial and operational reporting to ensure accountability and service effectiveness.
