Job Description

We're a fun, young and vibrant real-estate company seeking a Marketing & Design Executive to elevate our brand and support our marketing activities across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and confident with design tools, with the ability to produce engaging visual content that aligns with our company identity. Experience in real estate marketing will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You will be responsible for creating promotional materials, managing online content, supporting branding campaigns, and working closely with our sales and property management teams to ensure consistent and professional presentation.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Adobe AI / Generative AI tools
  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
  • Understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Designing marketing materials including posters, brochures, social media content, and presentations
  • Creating and editing photos and videos for marketing campaigns
  • Managing online content across social platforms and company website
  • Assisting with branding initiatives and maintaining brand consistency
  • Supporting the team with design requirements for sales, leasing and corporate events
  • Designing assets for property listings, advertising, and promotions
  • Coordinating with photographers, printers, and external creatives as needed
  • Contributing creative ideas to improve marketing strategy and engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
